By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any capacity — including but not limited to registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or redeeming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tos88. They apply alongside and in conjunction with any supplementary rules, game-specific regulations, bonus terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register as individual Members.

• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of tos88 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform under any prior Account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must register an Account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of Accounts on tos88:

1. One Account per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all Accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. tos88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. Account Sharing: Sharing your Account credentials with any third party — including family members — is prohibited. All bets placed through your Account are your sole responsibility.
5. Contact Information Updates: You must notify tos88 promptly if any of your registered details change, particularly your banking details, email address, or residential address.
6. Account Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawals will be processed before the Account is closed. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

tos88 accepts deposits via the following methods for Indonesian Members:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though tos88 reserves the right to apply temporary limits to new Accounts or Accounts under review.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly or within a few minutes. tos88 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tos88 bears no responsibility.

You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed, and any winnings generated from such funds may be voided. Repeated violations may result in Account suspension.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have completed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal is approved.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
3. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching your Account registration details.
4. Where Bonus Funds have been credited to your Account, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full before those funds (or any winnings derived from them) become withdrawable.
5. tos88 targets a processing time of under 3 minutes for withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts. Actual processing time may be affected by banking system maintenance windows, public holidays, or verification requirements.
6. tos88 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet are the Member's own responsibility.
7. tos88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence and extend the review period for large withdrawals (defined as any single withdrawal request exceeding Rp 50.000.000).

The following rules govern all wagers placed on the tos88 Platform across all product verticals, including sports betting, live casino, togel (numbers lottery), and other game types:

• Bet Confirmation: A wager is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform with a unique bet reference number. Pending or unconfirmed bets carry no legal force.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type and market. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may be adjusted by tos88 at any time.
• Errors and Technical Faults: tos88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an odds or payout rate that was set in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data-feed malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded to the Member's Account.
• Match Integrity: tos88 cooperates with relevant sporting bodies and integrity monitoring organizations to detect and prevent match-fixing. Any bets suspected to be placed in connection with corrupt or fixed outcomes may be voided and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to slight delays in price updates. Bets accepted during such delays at prices that are demonstrably out of line with market prices may be voided at tos88's discretion.
• Void and Refund: In the event that a sports event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours of its scheduled start, or otherwise fails to meet the settlement criteria applicable to a given market, bets on that market will be voided and stakes refunded.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tos88 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering under a false or third-party identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent security measures.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting a software bug, error, or pricing anomaly — whether on the tos88 Platform or on a third-party game supplied to the Platform — for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any other strategy designed to guarantee winnings regardless of market outcome in a manner that exploits promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tos88 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

All intellectual property rights in and to the tos88 Platform — including but not limited to the tos88 brand name, logo, website design, software code, game content, graphical assets, promotional materials, and written content — are the exclusive property of tos88 or its licensed third-party providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from tos88.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the tos88 brand, logo, or any derivative thereof in connection with any commercial venture, affiliate program not authorized by tos88, or social media channel without prior written authorization.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data are governed by the tos88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, tos88 collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have provided explicit consent, direct marketing.
